Will’s guidance in appropriate metals for the home DIY task we were undertaking was very helpful. His replies we quick and quotes were clear without being pushy. When we were ready the order was processed easily and the delivery arrived a few days later (the delivery driver was also very accommodating in off loading safely). The only thing missing would be an email confirmation as a receipt following paying however this was given by hand when the order arrived.
